Working Days: 5.5 Days (1st & 2nd Saturday Off)

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced *Wealth Relationship Managers to manage and grow relationships with Affluent and HNI clients*. The ideal candidate should have s*trong experience in investment advisory, portfolio management, client acquisition, and wealth products*.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Affluent/HNI clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment objectives.
- Provide advisory on Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equities, Bonds, Insurance, Structured Products, and other investment solutions.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment strategies.
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and relationship building.
- Drive revenue, AUM growth, client retention, cross-selling, and wallet share.




- Build long-term client relationships by delivering superior advisory and service.
- Coordinate with internal product, research, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Required Skills & Experience
- *4-10 years of experience* in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Affluent Banking.
- Experience managing *Affluent/HNI/UHNI client portfolios*.
- Robust knowledge of investment products including *Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equities, Bonds, Insurance, and Structured Products*.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- NISM, CFP, or CFA certification will be an added advantage.
