About the Role

GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Finance Head
to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, accounting, treasury, taxation, compliance, and risk management while supporting the organization's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.
- Manage internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.




- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Implement cost-control measures and improve profitability.
- Manage banking relationships, financing, and investment activities.
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and risk management systems.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Finance & Accounts team.
- Present financial reports and business insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- CA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA qualification preferred.
- MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 22+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 10 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, taxation, auditing, treasury, and regulatory compliance.
