The Role
: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized
Human Resources Intern
to join our team for an
on-site, contract position
. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced game studio. You will play a vital role in maintaining our work culture, assisting with personnel management, and ensuring our team members have the support they need to succeed.

What you will do.
- Support daily HR operations and assist in maintaining accurate, highly confidential employee records.
- Coordinate basic onboarding tasks to welcome new hires into the studio.
- Help implement HR policies and gather information on employee benefits.




- Serve as a first point of contact to respond to routine HR inquiries from the team.
- Draft HR documentation, organize files, and schedule HR-related meetings.
- Actively contribute to internal initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture.

What we are looking for.
- HR Foundations:
A solid understanding of core Human Resources practices, policies, and employee benefits.
- Education:
Current enrollment in (or recent completion of) a degree or certificate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
