Role Description
The Retail Salesperson at Speedioo is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. In this role, the Retail Salesperson will greet customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the selection of suitable used two-wheelers. Daily responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, explaining pricing and financing options, and maintaining accurate records of inquiries and sales.



The Retail Salesperson will ensure a positive in-store experience by answering questions, resolving concerns, and supporting the completion of sales and related paperwork. The role also involves maintaining showroom standards, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions, and building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to meet targets and support business growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and provide a positive buying experience.
- Candidates should possess good Product Knowledge of two-wheelers and the used vehicle market to accurately inform and advise customers.
- Relevant experience in retail, automotive sales, or a customer-facing role is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including weekends and peak business hours as needed.
