Excellent Communication Skills
Must have work Expereince in International Customers/ Users .
Years of Exp : 2 + yrs of Exp
Location : Pune
Shift : Rotaional Shift (24 *7 )
Basic knowledge on Tickets tools - ITIL,ITSM, Active Directory Servicenow support ticketing tool -
Must have expereince in Inbound / Outbound Calls.
Every company must have PF Deduction.
