- Assist with basic payroll details for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
3. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across regions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations.
4. HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies in compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment standards, and workplace safety regulations.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data to monitor key metrics and trends.
- Generate reports to provide insights and support informed decision-making in HR strategies.
6. Local Admin Tasks:
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and maintaining records for the local office.
- Act as a point of contact for office-related queries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the local office.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Knowledge of basic HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
