Employee Relations Specialist / HRBP APJ (India & Singapore)

Contract Role – 3 Months

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on business needs)

We are hiring an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Professional to support the APJ region, with a strong focus on India and Singapore. This role will partner closely with managers, HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and Operations teams to drive performance management, employee relations, and offboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach and guide managers through low-performance cases, PIPs, and employee relations matters
Support fair and compliant separation and termination processes
Partner with Legal, Payroll, HRBP, and People Operations teams on employee cases
Manage high-volume ER cases while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
Ensure adherence to employment laws and labor regulations across India and Singapore
Coordinate offboarding, severance, final settlements, and documentation
Support employee accommodation,



travel, and regional case-related logistics when required

Must-Have:

5+ years of Employee Relations / HR Advisory / HRBP / HR Generalist experience
Strong experience handling performance management and employee relations cases
Knowledge of employment law, terminations, and offboarding processes
Experience supporting APAC/APJ regions, preferably India & Singapore
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred:

Employee Relations Specialist background
HR Legal / Labor Law knowledge
Experience working in multinational organizations
