Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, company databases, online directories, referrals, networking, and other lead generation platforms.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers to build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update a strong database of qualified prospects within the CRM system.

Outbound Sales & Cold Calling
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's products and services.
- Engage with decision-makers, understand business requirements, and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.

Client Meetings & Sales Support
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet with cold, warm,



and hot leads to build relationships, nurture opportunities, and support the overall sales conversion process.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Customer Engagement & Follow-up
- Send professional introductory emails, quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain regular engagement with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Build strong customer relationships to maximize conversion opportunities.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call notes, meeting outcomes, and opportunity status in the CRM.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and lead progression.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales activities.

Market Research
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Identify recent business opportunities and contribute ideas for business gro
