Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Identify and connect with potential students, colleges, institutions, and business partners.
2) Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and other online platforms.
3) Promote InterNova EduTech's internship programs, training courses, and career development initiatives.
4) Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and educational institutions.
5) Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
6) Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
7)
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an updated lead database.
8) Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute outreach campaigns.
9) Achieve weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
10) Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Required Skills:
1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2) Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3) Basic understanding of business development and sales concepts.
4) Valuable research and analytical abilities.
5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
6) Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
7) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Eligibility:
- Students or recent graduates pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or any related field.
