Role Description
The Vice President Lending and Finance is a full-time, in office leadership role based in India, overseeing lending operations, financial strategy, and risk management. This role includes designing and implementing lending policies, developing credit products, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. The Vice President leads cross-functional teams, sets performance targets,



and monitors key financial and operational metrics to drive profitability and portfolio quality. Daily responsibilities include approving high-value credit proposals, supervising underwriting standards, collaborating with sales and distribution teams to optimize product offerings, and guiding financial planning and budgeting. The role also involves building relationships with financial institutions and insurance partners, improving internal processes, and mentoring team members to support business growth.
