Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nellore for a Software Developer and Technical Trainer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end web applications and SaaS products, writing clean and efficient code, and implementing object-oriented programming principles. The person in this role will also create technical training materials, deliver in-person training sessions on software development best practices, and mentor junior team members. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product and engineering teams, reviewing code,
troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that internal and external stakeholders can effectively use the developed tools.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding and practical experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Candidates should possess the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and deliver effective technical training.
- Candidates should possess good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience with common back-end frameworks, databases, and version control systems is beneficial.
