Role & responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Generate qualified business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
- Present Boolean Staffing's recruitment and staffing solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to identify recent hiring opportunities.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure high-quality candidate delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.




- Track market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Boolean Staffing in client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences whenever required.
- Ensure timely collections, contract renewals, and long-term client engagement.
- Drive strategic partnerships and contribute to the overall business growth of Boolean Staffing.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 26 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Recruitment & Staffing Industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Recruitment, Staffing, RPO, Executive Search, or HR Services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
