We are looking for an energetic, creative, and execution-focused Brand & Marketing Manager who can build our brands into category leaders through strategic marketing, storytelling, digital campaigns, and on-ground activations.

Role Overview

As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, trade visibility, and sales across all Redkraft brands.

You will work closely with the founders, sales team, distributors, agencies, and creative partners to bring innovative marketing campaigns to life across digital, retail, events,



and export markets.

This is an execution-heavy role requiring someone who enjoys building brands rather than simply managing social media.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing plans for all Redkraft brands.
- Build solid brand positioning and consistent communication.
- Create annual marketing calendars aligned with product launches and sales objectives.
- Manage brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

Digital Marketing
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and website.
- Plan and execute content calendars.
- Oversee content creation including reels, videos, photography and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers and content creators.
- Monitor engagement and optimize performance.

Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta, Google and influencer campaigns.
- Track ROI and campaign effectiveness.
