Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Tech Administrator / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to manage and support enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Windows and Linux administration, troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems, monitoring enterprise environments, and driving automation initiatives to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

The candidate will play a key role in maintaining system health, reducing incidents, improving MTTR, and ensuring high availability of critical services.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operational activities to ensure systems and services remain healthy, stable, and highly available.
- Continuously improve operational processes through automation and proactive monitoring.
- Manage system availability, scalability, latency, and performance by engineering reliability into applications and infrastructure.
- Investigate,



troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service disruptions.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams for permanent fixes.
- Leverage Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Dynatrace or equivalent solutions to analyze system and application performance issues.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and provide timely resolution for critical incidents.
- Identify opportunities to reduce incident volumes and improve Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
- Implement automation for repetitive operational tasks and outage prevention.
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure environments including servers, applications, and network components.
- Provide detailed analysis, reporting, and documentation related to incidents, system performance, and service quality improvements.
