Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, working drawings, and details for residential projects.
- Prepare design concepts, sketches, and models using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Provide technical support during the execution phase of projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in architecture or related field (B.Arch + M.Arch preferred).
- Proficiency in Autocad software for drafting and designing buildings.
- Robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
