*Role Summary*
The Warehouse Parts Engineer is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch of spare parts while ensuring stock accuracy and timely material availability. The role involves coordinating with Procurement, Service, Sales, and Logistics teams to maintain effective warehouse operations, optimize inventory levels, and support after-sales service requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts and materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and organization of spare parts within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the ERP/Inventory Management System.
- Issue spare parts to the Service, Production, and Operations teams as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with the Procurement team.
- Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory audits.
- Prepare and maintain GRNs, Material Issue Notes, stock transfer records,
and other warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate spare parts dispatch to customers, service engineers, and branch locations.
- Support installation and service teams by ensuring timely availability of required spare parts.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse MIS reports.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged stock.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, inventory control procedures, and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Service, Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams for efficient warehouse management.

*Qualifications & Experience*
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech or related discipline.
- 15 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Stores, Inventory Control, or Spare Parts Management.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial equipment companies is preferr
