Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Lead curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor teaching quality and ensure adherence to educational standards.
- Develop innovative teaching-learning methodologies.
- Supervise lesson planning, assessments, and academic performance.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Administration & Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE/State Board norms and statutory regulations.

- Oversee admissions, examinations, timetables, and school documentation.
- Coordinate infrastructure maintenance and resource utilization.
Faculty Management
- Recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and professional development sessions.
- Foster teamwork, motivation, and a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure effective workload distribution and staff accountability.
Student Development
- Promote academic excellence and overall personality development.
- Address student concerns and maintain discipline.
- Encourage participation in extracurricular and co-curricular activities.

Parent & Community Relations
