Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated Junior Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software applications. The ideal candidate should have robust problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Install, configure,



and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, update, and remove software applications.
- Set up user accounts, passwords, and email accounts.
- Respond to service desk tickets and resolve issues within agreed service levels (SLAs).
- Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to senior engineers or specialized teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by preparing and recovering IT equipment.
- Support conference room technology, video conferencing systems, and office IT equipment.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and company standards.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
