Role Description
The Deputy Sales Manager – Business Loan (Unsecured & Secured) will be responsible for driving sales of business loan products, managing customer acquisition, and achieving assigned targets in the Kishanganj location. This full-time, in office role includes identifying prospective clients, explaining loan features, conducting preliminary eligibility assessments,



and coordinating documentation and application processing. The role involves managing relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up, and providing high-quality service throughout the loan lifecycle. The Deputy Sales Manager will work closely with branch teams and other stakeholders to optimize lead generation, improve conversion ratios, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The position also includes regular reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities, as well as contributing to local sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in retail or SME lending, preferably in unsecured and secured business loans.
