Role: Sourcing &Procurement;

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in Sourcing, Procurement operations (PR to PO), Vendor Master Data Management and Procurement helpdesk
- Experience in leading sourcing projects, building and executing RFPs, evaluating responses
- Converting PR to PO, PO follow-ups in ERPs like SAP, Ariba
- Coordinate and execute bid clarification/management, conduct supplier negotiation
- Experience in indirect categories is added advantage (E.g. IT, Consumables, Construction materials, HR etc.)

Role: Indirect Procurement

Roles &Responsibilities;:
- Experience in strategic sourcing and contract management.
- Hands-on experience in MRO commodity including consumables, Construction and capital equipment
- Expertise in supplier negotiations, price and bid management/analysis




- Responsible for reviewing and interpreting contract language to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Expected to provide recommendations and guidance to the internal team, Requestors and Legal teams
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are also essential for this position.
- Robust exposure in creating a high performance-driven culture, employee engagement & customer centricity
- Hands on experience in SAP ARIBA S2P process

Role : Buyer

• Good understanding of PR to PO process and working experience in basic ERP for Supply Chain / Procurement.

• Running the RFQ process with non-contracted suppliers for optimal deliveries

• Creating PO in ERP system as per the requisition received.

• Effective communication, Strategic thinking and Client management, Quality &Detail; focus, Integrity, and Ethics.

• Perform Stakeholder Management with technical organizations through daily interactions and addressing their concerns in
