Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Sales Hiring and Field Sales Hiring across India. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing quality candidates, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Field Sales positions across India.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.




- Manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Sales and Field Sales candidates.
- Maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and ATS updates.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
- 02 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in Sales Hiring and Field Sales Hiring.
- Experience in Pan-India hiring and volume recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
