We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive Project Sales and business development activities in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry relationships and a proven track record of generating business through Architects, Builders, Developers, Contractors, Consultants, Dealers, and Distributors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned region.
- Generate new business opportunities through project sales and specification activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Developers, Contractors, Consultants, Dealers, and Distributors.
- Identify upcoming projects and convert opportunities into business.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualification & Experience
