Position

Junior Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with parents and prospective students.
- Support admissions and workshop registrations.
- Update and maintain Google Sheets, CRM, and student records.
- Coordinate with teachers regarding classes and student progress.
- Monitor teacher performance reports and class recordings.
- Manage parent feedback and student attendance reports.
- Counsel parents on suitable courses based on the student's interests and skill level.
- Follow up with breaks and stopped students to encourage rejoining.
- Support drawing competitions, free workshops, and other academic events.
- Assist with daily academic and operational activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Reporting Manager.

Requirements




- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail.
- Good follow-up and counselling skills.
- Basic sales and customer handling skills.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as a team.

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience

in Academic Counselling, Customer Support, Sales, Telecalling, or a similar role is preferred.
