Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer role based in Coimbatore. The Business Development Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities,



build solid relationships with architects, builders, channel partners, and end customers, and support revenue growth in the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to internal teams, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Officer will maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools and prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and business forecasts.
