Role Description
The Business Development Associate – Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the associate will engage in daily lead generation activities, including identifying potential customers, reaching out through calls, emails, and social platforms, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The associate will conduct market research to understand customer needs, track industry trends,



and support the development of targeted sales and outreach strategies. Responsibilities also include preparing and delivering presentations about Teknowgrade’s learning solutions, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to regular sales and performance reports. The role involves close collaboration with senior business development and marketing team members, with opportunities for training, mentoring, and growth within the organization.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct market research and basic lead generation activities, with an interest in sales and customer outreach.
