Role Description
The Team Lead Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations. This includes supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring that service standards and food quality are consistently met. The role involves monitoring customer satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and supporting staff with guidance and coaching. The Team Lead Manager will manage opening and closing procedures,



maintain hygiene and safety protocols, and assist with inventory checks and basic reporting to support smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications
- Experience leading restaurant or hospitality teams, including supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and supporting performance management.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback professionally and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
- Knowledge of basic restaurant operations, such as order flow, table management, cash handling, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
