Role: Digital Workplace Services (DWS) Architect Microsoft Intune

Technical Skills
- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure / Digital Workplace experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Windows Autopilot
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Microsoft Defender
- Conditional Access
- SCCM/MECM
- Group Policy and Contemporary Management
- Endpoint Security architecture expertise.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and lifecycle management.

Architecture & Governance
- Enterprise architecture experience within Digital Workplace environments.
- Experience creating roadmaps, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Cloud & Security
- Knowledge of:
- Microsoft Azure
- Zero Trust Architecture
- Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
- R entity and Access Management (IAM)
