We're looking for an enthusiastic HR & Project Management Intern who is eager to learn, organized, and passionate about working in a fast-paced creative workplace.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Maintain attendance and internship records.
- Support general HR administrative tasks.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing client projects with internal teams.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Follow up with designers, video editors, developers, and marketers regarding project progress.
- Maintain project trackers and daily work updates.
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting notes.
- Assist in planning project deliverables and task allocation.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates when required.
- Help improve workflow and project documentation.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in:
- MBA (HR/Marketing)
- BBA
- B.Com
- B.Sc
- Any relevant discipline
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
