Job Description
- Development of diagnostic data in the authoring system (DTD & DAS*) for the after-sales process. The target of this diagnostic data is the solving of errors for vehicles in the workshop center and service center.
- Implementation of straightforward and advanced diagnosis requirements in the diagnosis tester (authoring system).
- The implementation of the diagnostics data is carried out as specified.
- Regular communication with the customer and representation of the diagnosis team.
- Analyzing errors and carrying out troubleshooting.
- Validation of diagnostic data by simulation or ECU.
Qualification / Soft Skills
- Automotive vehicle engineer with experience in automotive vehicles and automotive diagnostics.
- Programming experience / experience in programming methodologies.
- Ideally, knowledge of the DTD authoring system.
Must have skills
- Mandatory Protocols: UDS,CAN.
- Good to have scripting: CAPL, Python, Shell
- Tools: Canoe
- UDS protocol expertise
- CAN understanding
- Tool knowledge (CANoe/CANalyzer)
- Test case design skills
- Basic scripting (Python/CAPL)
- Debugging & log analysis
