Role Description
The Telesales Representative role at JIMS, Vasant Kunj is a full-time, in office position based in Current Delhi. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective students and other stakeholders to promote academic programs and services. Day-to-day tasks include explaining course offerings, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and guiding prospective students through the admission or enrollment process.



The Telesales Representative will maintain call records, follow up on leads, and work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets. The role also includes handling basic customer support issues related to admissions and participating in occasional training sessions to stay updated on program details and communication best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse audiences.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries professionally and resolve concerns effectively.
- Sales skills, with the ability to convert leads, meet enrollment targets, and promote academic programs confidently.
- Training experience or willingness to participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and call handling techniques.
- Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or academic counseling is preferred.
