- Achieve sales targets by promoting products and building customer relationships.
- Maintain a customer database, conduct cold calls, and explain company schemes like SIP.
- Ensure proper product presentation and maintain floor decorum during customer interactions.
- Conduct daily stock checks, report discrepancies, and ensure stock accountability.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and jewellery trends.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and dress code requirements.
- Coordinate with the Counter HOD and handle any additional tasks assigned.
