Reporting to the Engineering Manager,
Senior AI Engineer Specialist
to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI architectures. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder and systems thinker who can push generative AI from experimentation into scalable, production-ready capabilities.

Bangalore, India (Quarterly once visit to the office for 2 weeks)

In this role, a typical day would include:
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, resilient AI architectures that support multi-tenant, global packaging solutions. Define the blueprint for how Esko handles agentic reasoning and distributed memory.
- Core Infrastructure & LLMOps: Lead the development of internal platforms for model lifecycle management, including automated retraining loops, deploy
