We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, taxation, MIS reporting, and payment processes. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical accounting knowledge, a sound understanding of taxation and audit concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive financial controls and process improvements.

Role & responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Finalization
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead timely finalization of books of accounts and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Review general ledger, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and closing entries.
- Ensure maintenance of robust accounting controls and processes.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Possess a sound understanding of direct and indirect taxation concepts.
- Coordinate timely filing of statutory returns and tax-related compliances.




- Assist in tax assessments, notices, and departmental communications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.

3. Internal & Statutory Audits
- Coordinate and support Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, and Tax Audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and reconciliations.
- Monitor closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

4. MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze financial performance, profitability, cash flows, and key financial metrics.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

5. Payments & Treasury Operations
- Review and monitor vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory
