Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Head of Marketing
to lead and scale the complete marketing function at MultiFit Wellness Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing a high-performing marketing team, strengthening the brand presence, increasing member acquisition, and improving customer retention.





This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative leadership, digital marketing expertise, performance marketing knowledge, and team management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

· Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Build brand awareness and position MultiFit as the preferred fitness and wellness brand.

· Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

· Manage the overall marketing budget and optimize marketing spend.

· Present marketing performance reports and growth strategies to leadership.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage the following teams:

· Performance Marketing Executive(s)

· Social Media Strategist

· Graphic Designer(s)

· Video Editor(s)

· Content Creator(s)

· Influencer & Community Marketing

· CRM & Email Marketing

· External Agencies and Freelance
