Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Conduct independent QA sample-based reviews/testing of FC Screening, TM, CDD and EDD cases to assess quality, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across the Life business.
- Support, define and execute the QA reviews/ testing plans by deriving data for sampling purposes, computing the requisite sample sizes, and assign case reviews accordingly.
- Ensure explicit, constructive QA feedback of the review/testing outcomes are communicated to the relevant 1LoD FC functions.
- Oversee and maintain the process of providing staff feedback subsequent to the completion of 1LoD QA evaluations.
- Document testing results and prepare reports, highlighting any deficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Identify control gaps, process deviations, and recurring error
