About the Role:

As Enreap continues to expand its enterprise business globally, we're looking for a
Product & Service Marketing Specialist
to strengthen how our services, solutions, and OEM partnerships are positioned in the market.

This role will own product and service messaging, enterprise positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market content, helping translate technical capabilities into compelling business value. You'll work closely with Leadership, Practice Heads, Sales, Delivery, Demand Generation, and OEM partners to build a consistent, enterprise-ready brand across India, SEA, MENA, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Service Marketing
- Develop positioning, value propositions, messaging, buyer personas, and competitive differentiation for Enreap's services and OEM solutions.
- Conduct customer research through
JTBD
, Voice of Customer interviews, surveys, affinity mapping, and market research to strengthen messaging.

Go-to-Market & Growth




- Develop GTM messaging and launch assets for current services and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Demand Generation to improve campaign messaging, landing pages, website experience, and conversion using
Growth Marketing
and
CRO
principles.

Sales Enablement & Brand
- Own and maintain product collateral, solution briefs, capability decks, proposal templates, case studies, customer testimonials, demo videos, presentations, and sales playbooks.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints and regional markets.

Thought Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and Leadership team to create thought leadership content, blogs, LinkedIn posts, whitepapers, webinars, podcasts, and executive presentations.
- Build compelling narratives around AI, Enterprise Transformation, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Practice Heads, Sales, Delive
