Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site DFT Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The DFT Engineer will design and implement test architectures and strategies for complex digital and mixed-signal ICs, including scan insertion, boundary scan, BIST, and test compression techniques.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and validating test plans, generating and optimizing test patterns, supporting ATPG, and collaborating closely with RTL, physical design, and verification teams to ensure testability and high-quality silicon. The role also involves analyzing test coverage, debugging test failures from silicon and simulation, working with test engineering teams for production bring-up, and contributing to methodology improvements and documentation.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Test Engineering, with experience designing DFT architectures and integrating test features into complex SoCs.
- Hands-on Test Execution skills, including pattern generation, simulation, and validation on ATE or lab setups.
- Ability to design and maintain high-quality Test Cases and test plans that ensure comprehensive coverage and robust silicon validation.
