Position Purpose

The Senior Designer is responsible for the design, modelling, and industrialization of mechanical components and assemblies, ensuring technical quality, manufacturability, and adherence to deadlines. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, supporting product development and contributing to the continuous improvement of technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Design and Technical Development:
- 3D modelling and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor
- Development of components and assemblies in accordance with specifications
- Optimization of technical solutions (cost/functionality)
- Technical verification through calculations by pre-defined support tools

Product Lifecycle Management:




- Management of technical changes
- Support for industrialization
- Updating technical documentation
- Verification of bill of materials

Project Management:
- Collaboration with international teams
- Simultaneous management of multiple projects
- Reporting of issues and proposing solutions

Continuous Improvement:
- Innovative proposals
- Standardization of solutions and processes

Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in design
- Excellent knowledge of technical drawing and 3D CAD (Inventor)
- Understanding of materials and traditional manufacturing processes
- Valuable knowledge of Office suite
- Technical English required
