Job Summary:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective customers, understanding their career goals, and recommending the right training programs and services. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs and services.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.





Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of Biotecnika's offerings.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions using CRM software.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Stay updated with industry trends and Biotecnika's latest products and services.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc., or related disciplines.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
