IntelliQuest/Educatify is an online education platform providing high-quality classes to students from Year 1 to Year 12 across India and internationally. We are looking for a proactive and organised Coordinator to support our growing team of teachers, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate daily class schedules and teacher allocations

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and teachers

✅ Manage trial classes, attendance records, and follow-ups

✅ Monitor teacher performance and class completion status

✅ Handle student enrolments and onboarding activities

✅ Maintain records using Excel, Google Sheets, and other educational platforms

✅ Support administrative and operational activities

✅ Ensure timely communication with students, parents, and teachers





Desired Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Customer-service mindset
- Experience in education, tuition centres, or coordination roles is preferred

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, customer support, or education sector preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication and organisational skills may also apply
