Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager (HR) to manage client relationships, oversee end-to-end HR operations, and ensure seamless workforce management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, compliance, stakeholder management, and team handling while delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage key client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client HR requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Lead and manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements within defined timelines.
- Manage payroll coordination and ensure accurate salary processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.




- Address employee grievances and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Lead and mentor the HR operations/recruitment team to achieve performance targets.
- Prepare and share HR reports, MIS, and recruitment updates with clients and management.
- Drive employee engagement and ensure a positive employee experience.

Required Skills
