Qualification
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Structure Erection.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities
- Inspect project sites and analyze operational data.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical and material estimates for project execution.
- Evaluate site operations and recommend process improvements.
- Suggest technical and design modifications to improve performance and efficiency.
- Implement approved design and process improvements.
- Inspect and test the quality and integrity of materials and structures.
- Prepare and present project reports in a clear and understandable format.
- Monitor project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Prepare work schedules and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines.




- Maintain complete documentation of site engineering activities.
- Coordinate with management and project teams to achieve business objectives.
- Clear snag points during project execution.
- Perform data entry and maintain records in ERP software.

Salary
- Salary will be based on interview performance and current CTC.
- Freshers: Starting salary of ₹18,000 per month.
