Positions Available: Chinese Chef
- Expert in Indo-Chinese cuisine
- Must be able to prepare dishes such as Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chili Paneer, Momos, Soups, Spring Rolls, and other Chinese specialties.
- Ability to create consistent taste and attractive presentation.
- Knowledge of sauces, wok cooking, and food preparation techniques.

North Indian Chef
- Expert in North Indian cuisine.
- Must be experienced in preparing Tandoori items,



curries, gravies, kebabs, dal, paneer dishes, biryani, Indian breads (naan, roti, kulcha, etc.), and signature regional dishes.
- Experience with tandoor operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of authentic flavors and modern presentation.

Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality dishes with consistency and excellent taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Monitor food quality and minimize wastage.
- Work efficiently during peak service hours.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Follow standard recipes while maintaining presentation quality.
- Assist in menu improvements and introduce creative dish ideas when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or cloud kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen
