Role Description

The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving sales growth for Lattice MedTech’s medical device portfolio within an assigned territory, including identifying current business opportunities, managing key accounts, and nurturing long-term relationships with healthcare providers and partners.



The Area Sales Manager will conduct regular client visits, deliver product presentations and demonstrations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure timely order closure and post-sales support. In addition, this role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales performance data, coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support, and preparing periodic reports and forecasts. The individual will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and value proposition, while representing Lattice MedTech professionally at industry events and meetings.
