*We need a supporting pillar for Aertsen’s charioteer, our HR; offering a skilled journey that begins with a 6-month internship, progressing into the role of HR Executive with a brand that crafts numerous dreams*

*Roles and Responsibilities:*
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Prepare offer letters, regret letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and payroll-related data, including attendance, leaves, and bank details.
- Assist with onboarding and communicate HR policies to new employees.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations,



and other documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and campus recruitment drives.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
