Role Description
The Quality Assurance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Aurangabad. This position oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems for control panel manufacturing across LV, MV, and EHV product lines.



Daily responsibilities include defining quality standards, planning and conducting inspections and tests, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry and customer requirements. The role also includes managing non-conformities, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and preparing quality documentation and reports. The Quality Assurance Manager collaborates closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams, leads internal audits, supports customer audits, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
