Role Description
The Meta Ads Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related networks). Day-to-day tasks include setting up campaigns, defining audiences, managing budgets, and monitoring performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.



The role involves creating and testing ad creatives and copy in collaboration with designers and content specialists, as well as implementing A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness. The Meta Ads Manager will prepare regular performance reports, communicate insights to internal stakeholders and clients, and adjust strategies based on data and business goals. This role also includes staying updated on platform changes, advertising policies, and best practices to ensure compliant and efficient campaign management.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Marketing and Advertising skills, including experience with Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
