Job Description
- Achieve primary and secondary sales target
- Achieve Total Call, Productive Call and Productivity targets
- Ensuring product visibility and use of promotional material to create awareness of the brand in the market.
- Market working as per beat plan
- Outlet expansion (both distribution width and depth) as per target
- Handling market complaints and providing early resolution
- Timely payment collections
- Timely and accurate filling up of DSR
- Providing daily and regular customer and market feedback
- Communicating the company’s USPs

Preferred Candidate
- Age: 24 - 30
- Education: minimum requirement – Graduate
- Experience: 2 – 5 years as a Sales Officer or similar role in an FMCG/food company
- Valuable communication skills. Excellent knowledge of local language, knowledge of computers, especially excel.
- Working knowledge of English is a definite plus.
