Key Responsibilities

* Handle leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.

* Contact prospective customers and explain the project.

* Schedule and conduct site visits.

* Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Maintain customer data and update the CRM.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Profile

* 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Confident personality with a customer-centric approach.

* Own two-wheeler preferred.

* Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
