In this role, you will help shape and deliver learning experiences that support business performance and the growth of our professionals. The role requires a robust mix of curriculum strategy, portfolio operations, stakeholder collaboration, and program execution. Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential team, you will be responsible for:
- Co-create and evolve a learning portfolio and curriculum strategy that brings the talent development vision and firm priorities to life across the Culture, Experience, Belonging portfolio
- Manage portfolio operations in partnership with leadership, including demand analysis, budgeting, faculty strategy, delivery management, communications, evaluation, reporting,



content updates, and vendor coordination
- Design and develop learning solutions that translate research, skill needs, and business priorities into learner-centered experiences across classroom, virtual, on-demand, and blended formats
- Collaborate with subject matter specialists, academic partners, program teams, and internal stakeholders across geographies to deliver scalable learning solutions and portfolio priorities
- Use learner feedback, dashboards, and portfolio data to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support ongoing enhancements to curriculum and delivery
